Contact and project details you submit through our contact or estimate forms: your name, company, email, phone number, and the project information you choose to provide.

Files and content you upload to our free online tools (such as images, audio, video, or documents) for the sole purpose of processing them.

Files you upload for processing are used only to produce the result you requested and are deleted from our processing systems after a short period. Please do not upload content that you are not authorised to process, or that contains other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including Cloudflare (hosting, security, and analytics) and our own backend infrastructure used to run the site and tools. These providers are required to protect your data and use it only as instructed.

We keep enquiry and project data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Files uploaded to the free tools are retained only briefly for processing.

Where personal data is processed outside Thailand, we take steps to ensure a level of protection consistent with the PDPA.

Under the PDPA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
